In 2013, my family and I moved to the greater Atlanta area. Twenty-seven years ago I married my husband, my high school sweetheart. Poor guy, he had no idea what he was in for! I am a mom to three kids currently in college. We have two dogs, Max and Charlie, who fill our house with lots of love and dog hair!

I love being adventurous, trying new things, traveling, and being with family and friends. I also love Jesus! As a child of God, wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, caregiver, creative, and business owner I have discovered we don’t always have control over what life throws our way, but we can choose how we respond. We have a choice. This is why walking with people as we navigate this one life we get to live is what inspires me. It gets me excited to wake up each morning and know the work I’m doing matters.

My coaching is built on educating, equipping, and empowering the next generation to design the life you want to live. I coach with positivity, energy, compassion, and enthusiasm. When I am coaching, you know you are heard. Together we are hope-driven. This is your time, your journey. There is no judgment, only space, and grace to navigate life and fully step into who you are created to be.
